On 26 September 2018 the Country Workshop Germany was held as a side event during the WindEnergy Expo in Hamburg. It was organized by the German Offshore Wind Energy Foundation as part of the Baltic InteGrid’s Baltic Offshore Forum activities. The workshop gathered key actors from the fields of grid, policy and energy supply for an in-depth perspective on the future of offshore wind and grid integration in the waters off the Baltic coast of Germany. The speakers analysed the status quo for offshore wind, considered the policy incentives for renewable energies and engaged in discussions with the audience.
